How our pricing works
We do not publish a flat rate, because a coach doing the same work produces a very different return in a business turning over EUR 400,000 than in one turning over EUR 4 million.
Fees are agreed against the size and profitability of your business and set out in writing before you commit to anything.
Group programmes cost considerably less than one to one. GrowthCLUB is a fixed price per person per day.
The better question
Not what does it cost, but what does it return.
If coaching adds two points to your net margin on EUR 1 million of turnover, that is EUR 20,000 a year against a fee you will have agreed up front. If it does not, our guarantee means we keep working at no charge until it does.
If a coach cannot show you how the engagement pays for itself, do not hire the coach. That applies to us too.
What you should ask any coach in Ireland
- What exactly am I paying for, and how often do we meet?
- Is there a contract, and how do I leave?
- What happens if I do the work and nothing improves?
- Have you run a business yourself?
- Can I speak to two of your current Irish clients?
Any coach worth hiring will answer all five without hesitating.
