How becoming an ActionCOACH works

The steps from a first conversation to running your own coaching firm. It is deliberately slow, and you can stop at any point.

The steps

  1. An initial call with Paul FaganMutual qualification, no pressure.
  2. A closer look at the numbers and the territory mapSo you can see what is available near you.
  3. A tour of the systemRoughly 90 minutes through the actual coaching toolbox, so you are judging the real thing rather than a brochure.
  4. Meet existing Irish coachesAnd ask them anything you like, without us in the room.
  5. Your own due diligenceWith your accountant and solicitor. We will encourage this rather than rush it.
  6. Training, then launchWith support through your first clients.
