Our story

Irish since 2002, and that isn’t a detail

There are ActionCOACH offices in more than eighty countries. Paul Fagan brought the licence here because he believed Irish business owners deserved the same standard of support available in bigger markets, and nobody was giving it to them.

More than twenty years on, what we’re building hasn’t changed much. A firm that helps Irish owners keep what they’ve built and enjoy it.

Our purpose

That no business owner in Ireland has to figure it out on their own

Not that every business grows, because some shouldn’t. Not that every owner scales, because plenty don’t want to. Just that nobody is left guessing at something that is knowable.

Coaching for a Cause provides free coaching to nonprofits and community organisations. YESS teaches practical business skills to young people, at no cost.

They’re the clearest answer we have to what this firm is for.
