Coaching

How coaching works, week to week

From the first free strategy session through to quarterly planning. What actually happens, in the order it happens.

The first conversation

A free strategy session, about an hour.

You describe the business honestly, including the parts that are not working. Your coach asks a lot of questions and gives you a straight read on what they see. You leave with something useful whether or not you go any further.

The assessment

If you both want to continue, we run a full assessment of the business. Your numbers, your team structure, your sales and marketing, and where your time actually goes.

This produces a clear picture of what is holding the company at its current size, and it is what your plan gets built from.

Your plan

You build a plan against the six steps of the ActionCOACH Business Operating System, with 90-day priorities and targets you can measure. It is yours, not a template.

The sessions

Most Irish clients work fortnightly. Each session reviews last period’s numbers and commitments, solves what is stuck, and sets the next actions.

The accountability is the point of the whole thing, and it is the part that feels uncomfortable for about three months and then becomes the most useful hour of your fortnight.

Quarterly planning

Every 90 days you step back, review what moved and rebuild the plan for the quarter ahead. Many clients do this at GrowthCLUB alongside other owners.

How long it takes

Coaching is not a project with an end date, but you should see specific things change inside the first quarter. If you have done the work and nothing has moved by week seventeen, our guarantee applies.
