About Paul Fagan
Paul has spent his career around Irish business, first running his own and then helping other people run theirs. He brought the ActionCOACH licence to Ireland in 2002, when business coaching was largely unknown here, on the basis that Irish owners were carrying the same problems as owners anywhere and had nowhere to take them.
He works mostly with established firms at the point where the owner has become the bottleneck. He is direct, and he is not unkind.
